          Successful Breeding Guidelines

   The container must be
returned by UPS, Federal Express or Express mail (one day service) within 24
hours.  Your vet must check your mare until she ovulates or it is determined
you need another shipment for the heat period.

Your mare must be examined at 15-18 days post- insemination by
ultrasound and again as directed by the breeding contract.  Our goal  ---like
yours---- is a foal.

Good communication between you, your vet and Whitehedge Farms and Marsh Pond Farm is
essential.  After receiving you booking fee and signed contract, you will be
included in the booking list for the current season.  Your contract will be
active for two years.

Your mare must have a current, clean uterine culture, and a uterine
biopsy may be suggested.  Breeding fee, booking fee, and container deposit
must be received prior to any shipment.
